RIEDEL WINE GLASS Tasting
With Georg Riedel, a 10th generation glassmaker and CEO of Riedel Glassworks from Austria. This special seminar will demonstrate how the shape of the bowl affects the taste of the wine. Riedel wine glasses are considered the best glasses in the world to help connoisseurs experience wine.
The Riedel tasting is a paid session ($40) with limited seating on Sunday, March 4. Those interested should be sure to include this seminar when registering. All attendees will be given a tasting set and a special price on Riedel restaurant lines.
Coffee Break

Sam’s 100th
HSF Founder, Sam Lewis turns 100 this March. Sam still calls HSF home and goes into work two brief mornings per week. Sam enlightens our team with his energy, positive outlook and fabulous tales of the food service industry over the last seventy five years.
Sam’s grandson Ronnie Gaffe often says, “even at 99, my grandfather makes sure that we maintain the culture and values that he set over 77 years ago”. We are all proud to work with a happy and healthy gentleman that has reached 100. To honour our founder and mentor we will be celebrating with a three month Super Sale beginning March 1. Sam’s 100th birthday sale will have all products from all categories.
